- Hands‑on with the full Claude build pattern — Skills encode the workflow, Sub‑Agents execute & self‑check, MCP provides governed data access
- Experience in delivered Claude‑based agentic solutions for manufacturing clients across North America
- Establishes delivery capability & showcase demos, and coaches practitioners on effective Claude usage patterns
- Ability to work with multiple BU’ and enable Claude rollouts
