Summary
Join a fast‑paced organization with 17 centers in the Twin Cities area. This role builds and maintains quality education in our programs by focusing on curriculum implementation, classroom growth, and assisting the Site Director in daily classroom operations. Passion for curriculum, coaching, and mentoring new teachers is essential.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement curriculum aligned with early childhood standards.
- Coach and mentor new teachers to improve classroom environments.
- Assist the Site Director with daily classroom operations.
- Monitor classroom growth and maintain quality education standards.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Associate’s Degree in a related field required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Teacher qualified under DCYF Rule 3 Standards; official transcripts required.
- Two to three years of experience as a Teacher or as a leader in a related field.
- State DHS background check and fingerprints demonstrating no felony conviction or unsuitability for childcare employment.
- Certification in Adult and Pediatric First Aid & CPR completed within 30 days of employment.
- All required DCYF orientation training completed on first day of employment.
Physical and Environmental Requirements
- Extensive standing, walking, bending, stooping, and kneeling.
- Sitting on the floor and on low chairs.
- Lifting and carrying children extensively in infant/toddler programs.
- Pushing children in buggies and strollers, walking for long periods.
- Work outdoors under varying weather conditions.
- Exposure to unpleasant odors and fluids caused by vomiting or bodily elimination.
- Exposure to loud noises such as baby crying and common play sounds.
