Key Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher is a plus
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in an educational setting preferred
- Ability to build rapport with students and staff, fostering a positive classroom culture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine desire to support the varied needs of students
- Capability to follow written and oral instructions from teachers and administration
- Willingness to assist with both academic and behavioral goals

- Guide, supervise, and encourage students during classroom and transition times
