Classroom Assistant - Tulsa, OK
Do you enjoy working with children and helping create a positive, caring classroom environment? HireCall is seeking dependable and compassionate Classroom Assistants to support early childhood classrooms throughout the Tulsa area.
Job Duties

• Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and routines
• Help provide a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children
• Interact with infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children
• Assist with diapering, toilet training, meals, and other daily care needs
• Provide positive guidance and supervision
• Help maintain a clean, organized classroom
• Work cooperatively with teachers, staff, and other classroom support personnel
• Be flexible and willing to assist at different school locations as needed
• Perform other classroom-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-age children preferred
• CDA, Para-Professional Certification, or currently working toward required credentials may be required depending on assignment
• Dependable with strong attendance
• Patient, caring, and comfortable working in a busy classroom environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and be active throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual skills are a plus
