We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable stepping outside the traditional "classroom" setting to support students in dynamic, non-traditional environments.

• Targeted support: Assisting teachers and students to improve academic achievement in a variety of school settings.
• Student empowerment: Working directly with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning concepts and foundational skills.
• Foundational success: Providing the extra boost students need to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree, two years of college (approx. 48 credits), or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience: Working with middle school aged children is preferred.
