Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience working with school-aged children in a professional environment
- Two or more years of school-based paraprofessional experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds and needs
- Familiarity with classroom routines, individualized instruction, or special education support is a plus
- Reliable, adaptable, and committed to student well-being
- Provide instructional and behavioral support to students in classroom settings
- Assist teachers with daily activities, small group work, and individualized learning
- Help implement education plans under the guidance of certified staff
- Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all students
- Monitor student progress and offer tailored assistance as needed
