• Experience working with children in an academic or care setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small group support to students under teacher guidance
• Assist with implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
• Support students with diverse learning needs, including those with disabilities
• Help maintain a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Assist with monitoring student behavior and facilitating classroom routines
• Contribute to tracking student progress and communicating observations to educators
• Offer additional classroom support as directed by licensed teaching staff
