Instructional Assistant

Provide a well-organized, smoothly functioning classroom environment in which students can take full advantage of the instructional program and available resource materials.

Essential Duties:

• Classroom Assistant

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or any combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain privileged student, school, teacher, and parent information confidential preferred.
• Valid IVP Level One AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.

Employment Information:

• 26/27 school year; 30 hours per week; 194 days per school year
• Salary: Band - Support A10 = $15.98/hour entry level Support Salary Schedule
