Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting is highly desirable
• Strong ability to manage and redirect student behavior
• Comfortable troubleshooting basic technology issues (device connectivity, logins, etc.)
• Flexible, reliable, and organized approach to daily tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to transport students within the building or assist on multiple campuses as needed

Responsibilities:

• Supervise students during virtual instruction periods, encouraging focus and participation
• Serve as the on-site support for remote teachers, facilitating smooth classroom operations
• Manage classroom environments, addressing minor disruptions and ensuring student safety
• Assist students with logging in and navigating online learning platforms
• Escort and transport students between classrooms when necessary
• Float between different classrooms or campuses to provide additional support where needed
