Classroom Aide (Preschool) - 7 Dours/Day

Location: Kettering Early Childhood Education Center
General Information: This position is 7 hours per day and will include benefits. The person in this position will be working with a Pathfinder's teacher.

- To provide support to students.
- To maintain a safe environment.
- To work collaboratively with other staff members.
- To adapt to flexible situations.
Qualifications, Partial List:
- Applicants must be Highly Qualified – Possess a 2 year Associates Degree or 2 years of college credits (48 semester or 72 quarter hrs.) or passage of the state paraprofessional standards exam (PARAPRO Test).
- Current Ohio Teaching License PREFERRED.
- Valid Ohio Educational Aide Permit required upon employment.
- Must pass criminal background checks and pre-employment drug screening.
- Collaborative and problem-solving skills.
Salary: According to approved salary schedule. (THIS IS A SPREAD PAY POSITION)
