Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a support role within educational environments
• Genuine interest in working one-on-one with students and supporting their individual needs
• Ability to follow individualized education plans and behavioral strategies

• Reliability, patience, and a positive, encouraging attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with a student as part of a 1:1 caseload, providing assistance with academics, social interaction, and daily classroom routines
• Follow instructions from lead teachers and specialists to support the student's educational goals
• Reinforce learning concepts and help implement accommodations as needed
• Support a safe and inclusive classroom environment
• Maintain accurate notes and report progress or concerns to appropriate staff
