Key Responsibilities – CDL Truck Driver
As a Garbage Truck Driver / CDL Driver, you will:
- Safely operate a garbage truck or waste collection vehicle on assigned routes
- Collect residential and commercial solid waste and recyclables
- Read and follow route sheets and dispatch instructions
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment)
- Deliver excellent customer service with professional interactions
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Requirements – CDL Driver Jobs
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Clean driving record (safety-first mindset required)
- Minimum 1 year of local route or commercial driving experience
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
Pay: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
