We're looking for a lawyer who loves to litigate and try cases from inception to conclusion.

From day one, you'll run your own cases — drafting complaints and briefs, taking depositions, arguing hearings, attending mediations, and trying arbitrations in data privacy, cryptocurrency, securities, banking, and consumer protection disputes. Real responsibility. No meaningless busy work.
REQUIRED
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Federal court litigation experience
- California bar license
PREFERRED
- Class action experience
- Data privacy, cryptocurrency, securities, banking, or consumer protection litigation experience
- FINRA, AAA, or JAMS arbitration experience
- Plaintiff-side experience, big law background, or federal clerkship
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Litigate federal-court class actions and consumer arbitrations from start to finish
- Litigate cutting-edge data privacy, cryptocurrency, xhqgsiq securities, banking, or consumer protection cases
- Handle hearings, depositions, and mediations
