COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE

• Base Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 / hour (Paid for pre-trips, traffic, dock wait time, and driving)
• Weekly Pay: Direct deposit every week + option for same-day pay access
• Joining Bonus: $1,200 Sign-On Bonus

THE JOB OVERVIEW

• Yard Location: Dispatch and return out of Indianapolis, IN.
• Freight: Drop-and-hook / no-touch freight across predictable Midwest routes.
• Schedules: Rotating tours including afternoons, evenings, overnights, weekdays, and weekends.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must meet all DOT driver qualification standards
• Clean MVR, background check, and ability to pass a DOT drug screen
• Comfortable using smartphone apps, GPS, and ELDs (Electronic Logging Devices)
