What You'll Do as a Class A CDL Truck Driver:
- Deliver lumber and trusses to customer job sites.
- Double-check loads for accuracy before departure.
- Secure loads properly for safe transport.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers on-site.
- Collect payments when required.
- Complete occasional overnight trips.
- Experienced: Minimum of 3 years of CDL driving experience required. Valid Class A CDL required.
- Safety-minded: Understands load securement, follows safety procedures, and takes responsibility for safe transport.
- Detail-oriented: Double-checks loads for accuracy and takes pride in doing the job right.
- Professional: Interacts respectfully and courteously with customers on job sites.
- Physical Requirements: Able to strap down and secure loads as part of daily responsibilities.
- Full-time position with varied hours based on the delivery schedule
- $30+/hour, DOE
- $225 per diem for overnight trips
