We are a locally owned construction company proudly serving Seward and the surrounding areas. Our team is built on hard work, reliability, and teamwork-and we're looking for a skilled Class A CDL Driver / Heavy Equipment Operator to join us.
What You'll Do
- Operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, skid steers, and dozers
- Drive Class A CDL side dump trucks to haul dirt, gravel, debris, and equipment
- Assist with bridge, road, and structure tear-outs
- Support grading, site prep, and land improvement projects
- Perform routine inspections and light maintenance on trucks and equipment
- Work safely and effectively as part of a crew
- Valid Class A CDL license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience with heavy equipment operation
- Side dump experience preferred (training available)
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
