We are a locally owned construction company proudly serving Seward and the surrounding areas. Our team is built on hard work, reliability, and teamwork-and we're looking for a skilled Class A CDL Driver / Heavy Equipment Operator to join us.
What You'll Do
  • Operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, skid steers, and dozers
  • Drive Class A CDL side dump trucks to haul dirt, gravel, debris, and equipment
  • Assist with bridge, road, and structure tear-outs
  • Support grading, site prep, and land improvement projects
  • Perform routine inspections and light maintenance on trucks and equipment
  • Work safely and effectively as part of a crew
What We're Looking For
  • Valid Class A CDL license with a clean driving record
  • Proven experience with heavy equipment operation
  • Side dump experience preferred (training available)
  • Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
  • Dependable, safety-minded, and a strong team player
