Location: Shreveport, LA
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (or until route/job is complete)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Class A Driver to join our team in Shreveport, LA. This position is responsible for safely transporting materials and equipment to customer locations while providing excellent customer service. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and committed to operating commercial vehicles in accordance with all DOT regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle to deliver materials and equipment.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload cargo safely.
• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and driver logs.
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Keep trucks clean and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with warehouse or yard duties as needed when deliveries are complete.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Current DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one).
• Experience operating a manual transmission is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work as needed.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous commercial driving experience preferred but not required.
