Compensation: The salary for this position is influenced by various factors including relevant experience, education, specific skills, job function, geographic location, and applicable legal considerations. The anticipated base pay for this role ranges from $34.50 to $36.50 per hour, with the Delivery Driver position starting at $34.50 per hour. Overtime compensation is also available.

Work Schedule:- Monday to Friday
- 4 days per week
- No weekend shifts
- Start time between 2:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., continuing until all deliveries are completed
- Eligible for a retention bonus of $10,000 paid over the course of one year!
- Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers, adhering to scheduled delivery times
- Carefully unload items using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or manually, placing them in designated storage areas
- Confirm delivery accuracy with customers and secure necessary signatures
- Handle customer payments and collections when required
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing between 20 to 80+ lbs. repeatedly throughout each shift
- Comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions, making frequent stops (10+ per shift)
- Must register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Possession of a valid CDL Class A issued by the state of residence, including necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
- At least six months of commercial driving experience in any industry, or three months in food and/or beverage delivery
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is preferred and may be required in certain locations
- Proficient in reading and communicating in English, capable of engaging in conversations, understanding traffic signs, responding to inquiries, and completing reports
