Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time ClaimsXM Application Developer II will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and security standards. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain software applications based on business and technical requirements Analyze and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents in a timely manner Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in C#/.NET framework with a focus on developing scalable applications 3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including database design and T-SQL querying Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
