Job Title: Claims Processor
Location: Mason, OH (Hybrid: 2–3 days/week in office; WFH space required)
Schedule: M–F, Full-Time (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Duration: Temporary, with potential for extension or full-time conversion
Requirement: Data entry test scores must be included on resumes.
Role Summary:
Accurately process standard, non-complex manual claims, adjustments, and projects while meeting productivity, cycle time, and quality targets.
Qualifications:
- 0–1 years of claims processing/data entry experience
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Access
- Strong customer service and multitasking skills
