To support a dynamic and growing organization, the full-time remote Claims Recovery Analyst I will recover healthcare claim overpayments, collaborate with healthcare providers for accurate claim adjustments, and contribute to recovery performance and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities Assist clients in identifying, validating, and recovering claim overpayments while ensuring accurate claims processing Analyze medical and pharmacy claims data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Collaborate with management to develop new concepts and train new analysts as needed Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Experience in identification, analysis, and recovery of claim overpayments Proficiency in Excel and strong computer skills Strong analytical abilities and effective organization and time management skills High School Diploma or Equivalent required
