You will collaborate with members of the Care team, Customer Success and Finance team to ensure an exceptional member experience. You need to be able to work between the hours of 10 am-7 pm CST. This is an in office position in West Des Moines, Iowa. This is a non-exempt position with a base pay of $56,000-$64,000 ($26.92/hr.- $30.77/hr.). In addition, this role may include variable compensation based on performance. Overtime pay will apply when required, and paid overtime may be necessary during peak periods.
