Claims Operations Lead (Fully Remote)

What You'll Do:

• Own special projects and strategic initiatives in partnership with the CEO.
• Build and formalize claims operations, including process design, hiring, and workflows.
• Design scalable, data-driven processes and lead cross-functional problem solving.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/ops at a high-growth startup.
• Structured, data-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to ambiguity.
• Salary range $100,000 to $150,000 annually.
• Remote within the United States.
