What You’ll Be Doing:
- Visit job sites to inspect flooring, tile, countertop, and construction-related claims.
- Assess installation concerns, damage, and workmanship issues to determine root causes.
- Communicate findings clearly with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Document claims thoroughly with notes, photos, and detailed reports.
- Coordinate resolutions and help guide projects toward successful outcomes.
- Balance technical assessments with professional customer service and conflict resolution.
What You Bring:
- Construction industry experience, ideally in flooring, tile, countertops, remodeling, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess situations objectively.
- Clear customer communication skills with homeowners, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized across multiple claims.
- A valid driver’s license and comfort traveling to local job sites as needed.
