Work Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST
Training Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST for first week

Overview
- We have an immediate need for attorneys who will be critical members of a project team responsible for handling product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters.
- These are not eDiscovery document review positions.
Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed responses to sometimes complex written inquiries of claimants and counsel.
- Fielding sometimes complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel.
- Receiving training, direction, and oversight from project directors, project managers, project coordinators, and/or other project team members.
- "Best-in-class" customer service is expected to be provided to both internal and external clients.
Qualifications
- Must have JD from an accredited U.S. law school (a foreign law degree may suffice).
- Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction is required.
- Litigation experience preferred.
- Class action and/or mass tort experience a plus.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Flexibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word products as well as SmartSheets is preferred.
