Bring your 1-2 years' experience in an office setting and grow with us!A stable and consistent work environment in an office and/or virtual settingA training program to learn how to help employees and customers from some of the world's most reputable brandsAn assigned mentor and manager who will guide you on your career journeyCareer development and promotional growth opportunities through increasing responsibilitiesA diverse and comprehensive benefits package to take care of your mental, physical, financial and professional needs.PRIMARY PURPOSE: Processes and reviews subrogation claims across all lines of business and all jurisdictions within an entry level caseload and processes payment checks received in accordance with company check processing guidelines; processes the regular monthly payment recovery files; coordinates with collection agencies; and supports the Claims Recovery Team within company standards and industry best practices.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for assigned inventory of subrogation files with recovery.Maintains a monthly diary on cadence, aligned to department service expectations and schedules; follows up to ensure timely payment.Processes recoveries into various claims systems to ensure the recovery dollars are applied to appropriate claims file.Works with collections agencies when appropriate to collect from at-fault parties and records details in claims file.Uses technology and resources, as needed, to complete investigation.Responds to clients' questions timely and professionally.Approves and/or pays bills as appropriate.Prepares various type status reports for clients.ADDITIONAL FUCNTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSEducation & Licensing High school diploma or GED required.Experience Two (2) years of general office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
