Must not work over WIFI connection in their home regardless of upload or download speed. The position is remote. We prefer they be on Eastern or Central time zone.
Equipment will be provided (desktop, monitors, keyboard, mouse, headset, cables) but they may need to use a personal device to attend at the start of training. This will depend on arrival of equipment. Must have high-speed, broadband internet service with the following speeds:Training Schedule Are you comfortable working without using a VPN and connecting the company-provided computer directly to your home router via an Ethernet cable?Starting Monday October 12, 2026 Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm ET (assuming a 1-hour, unpaid lunch) 2-week training After Training Standard Hours of Operation: 8:00 am-5:00 pm ET (might be some flexibility on Refund Specialist start and end times, depending on performance) 8.5-hour total shift including a 30-minute, unpaid lunch (8-hour workday) Rep will work their standard schedule Monday through Friday (40-hour workweek)Pre Screening Questions Have you ever worked in a high-volume, fast-paced claims processing environment before? They do not need to be licensed. One (1) year of general office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Claims industry experience preferred.
