Investigating and processing insurance claims, the full-time remote Claims Adjuster - Ohio Licensed will evaluate pet medical histories, determine policy coverage, and settle claims while collaborating with veterinary hospitals and policyholders. Key responsibilities: Evaluate and review pet medical histories to establish health baselines Investigate and process assigned insurance claims, verifying coverage and compensation amounts Update Explanation of Benefits (EOB), pay, and close claims Required qualifications: 1 year of relevant experience working in a veterinary clinic Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience, or Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) Must have and maintain an Adjusters license or obtain one within 90 days of hire Only United States residents will be considered for this role
