Working remotely, the full-time Claims Adjuster - Licensed will investigate, evaluate, and settle insurance claims while determining policy coverage and compensation amounts. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with veterinary hospitals and policyholders to assess a pet's medical history Process assigned insurance claims, verifying coverage and compensation per policy Update Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and manage claim payments and closures Required qualifications: 1 year of relevant experience in a veterinary clinic Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience, or Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) Must have and maintain an Adjusters license or obtain it within 90 days of hire Only United States residents will be considered for this role
