Some production trouble shooting support will be expected so some level of production support experience of web service systems is required. We expect this to be a long term commitment.Daily Duties / Responsibilities1.

Working with assigned business subject matter experts, SCDMV technicians, and external entities develop technical specifications, code, test, and support the initiatives described above.2. Take the lead in analyzing and troubleshooting assigned system problems.3. Propose solutions.4. Code, test, promote, and interact with impacted users ensuring that solution meets requirements.5.

Provide daily and weekly status to the development manager and the CIO.Required Skills (Rank In Order Of Importance)Microsoft.NET architecture and programming MS web service architecture and programming. Business to business web service interface architecture including API, WCF, SOAP web user interface programming. Visual Studio 2015 or better VB.NET, C#, JSON, Angular JS, MS Internet Information Systems (IIS) architecture and support. Application programming against RDBMS (Oracle and MS SQL Server).

Querying / analyzing SQL Server and Oracle databases. Familiar with implementation of industry data exchange standards such as National Information Exchange Model (NIEM). Web service production trouble shooting and production support experiencePreferred Skills (Rank In Order Of Importance)Team Foundation Server Microsoft Office Microsoft VisioRequired EducationPrefer Bachelor's degree in information technology related discipline with 8 years of experience or minimum 10 years related experience.
