Key responsibilities Design and build core agent systems, focusing on reasoning loops, planning, and orchestration Ensure agent output is trustworthy through confidence scoring, human-in-the-loop design, and robust evaluation practices Collaborate with product teams to create solutions and enhance existing systems, making them accessible to agents Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in building and shipping production software, with 3+ years in an architect or staff-engineer role Hands-on experience with agentic development tooling and designing LLM-based systems Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C#/.NET, Python, or TypeScript Strong cloud architecture experience, preferably on AWS Experience making legacy systems programmable through APIs or wrappers
