The practice focuses on the defense of doctors, hospitals, long-term care facilities, dentists, and other health professionals.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil trials and related proceedings in the defense of medical malpractice and nursing home negligence matters.
• Collaborate with partners and associates to develop case strategy, conduct discovery, and prepare for trial.
• Engage in motion practice, settlement negotiations, and appellate considerations as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience practicing in civil trial defense in medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, or related areas.
• Strong written and oral advocacy, analytical, and negotiation skills.
