The Middlesex Corporation is seeking a Civil Superintendent to lead field operations on transportation and infrastructure projects. This role oversees daily site activities, field crews, and subcontractors to ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. The Civil Superintendent coordinates equipment, materials, and inspections, interprets plans and specifications, and partners closely with project management.
You’ll champion a strong safety culture, mentor craft personnel, and help deliver complex highway, bridge, and related civil projects that support communities across the Eastern U.S.
