You'll have the confidence that you're joining a growing business line in an established firm and can team with great leaders as they will help mentor you in the next step of your career.Cultivate new client relationships in dynamic markets for transportation/municipal projects to position for growth of our business in the Southeast marketUtilize your expertise on transportation or municipal project managementResponsible for planning, development, and completion of projects ensuring client satisfaction and budget managementLead junior staff and promote the growth of their technical skillsWhat We Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or universityLicensed Professional Engineer10+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with municipal and/or transportation infrastructureExperience & enjoyment of managing and mentoring staffExperience with project management, proposal development, and business developmentStrong working technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices is requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment is essentialStrong active listening and team building skillsPossess valid driver's licenseExperience in Rock Hill, York County and the surrounding area a plusWhy Bolton & Menk?Bolton & Menk, Inc. specializes in providing community infrastructure solutions.
