In this role, you'll support the planning, design, and delivery of municipal civil engineering projects that positively impact the communities we serve.What You Will Be Doing:Oversee municipal engineering projects, including scope, budget, schedule and performanceServe as the primary client contact and support business development efforts (RFPs, proposals, presentations)Provide technical advice regarding design, construction or modification and repairs to clients, contractors and other staff membersApprove and present preliminary reports and feasibility studiesMaintain relationships with regulatory agenciesCoordinate construction administration and monitor documentation requirements with field staffTravel to work sites and other project related locations, as necessaryWhat We Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or universityLicensed Professional Engineer10+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with municipal infrastructureExperience in plan and specification development with construction contract administrationExperience with municipal business development and building strong client relationshipsExperience conducting community meetings and stakeholder communicationPrevious supervisory experienceBolton & Menk will currently not be providing visa sponsorship or Optional Practical Training Extensions for STEM Students.
