TCG's Land Development and Engineering department specializes in site design layout including proposed road layout, lot/pad grading, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, as well as obtaining all applicable development approvals and permits. TCG's service range extends throughout all of Pennsylvania.Qualifications:A Great AttitudeBachelor's Degree or higher in Civil or Environmental EngineeringEIT or PE is preferred, but not requiredApplicant should have strong management skills.Flexibility in working individually and as part of a team.Strong communication skills (listening, writing and verbal)Civil Project Manager Job Description:Work from our Hamburg or Elysburg, PA office.Experienced (5-15 years)Client Management experienceMust be willing to achieve a high competency in the following engineering areas:PADEP NPDES permittingMunicipal and County Land Development permittingPennDOT design and requirement standardsMunicipal/State Stormwater Design standardsProficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3DProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)Maintain good time management skillsSalary and benefits are commensurate with experience and include Health Insurance, 401k participation, generous holiday and PTO, and flexible schedules.
