With over 75 years of experience, Bolton & Menk specializes in providing community infrastructure solutions across the Southeast, Midwest and beyond.We are looking to add a Project Engineer, PE who will help foster our mission that All People Should Live in Safe, Sustainable and Beautiful Communities!What You Will Be Doing:Responsible for the management planning, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel, both design and constructionWork closely with Project Managers in understanding client needs and expectations.Review and/or prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studiesRead and interpret engineering plans, specifications and reportsProvides technical advice regarding design, construction or modification and repairs to clients, contractors and other staff membersMay assist with business development activities (client needs, research, proposals, etc.)Coordinate construction administration and monitor documentation requirements with field staffWhat We Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or universityLicensed Professional Engineer in the State of North Carolina OR ability to obtain within two months4+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with land developmentExperience in plan and specification development with construction contract administrationAutoCAD Civil 3D proficiencyPossess a valid drivers license as travel to various facilities and job sites may be requiredWhy Bolton & Menk?Bolton & Menk, Inc.
