Civil Litigation Attorney
Seeking an attorney to practice civil litigation. The general rubric would be business law/business litigation, which includes a wide variety of matters ranging from contractual disputes to miscellaneous torts to responding to non-party request for records, etc.
Ideally the candidate has about 3 years of experience and does not need any handholding/training but can jump in to litigate.
The comp range is $150K to $175K.
Benefits include health insurance, paid vacation, 401(k).
We generally provide discretionary year-end bonuses, but they are not tied to any billable hour requirements.
Attorney can work remotely 1-2 days a week if desired.
