Civil Litigation Attorney | Alexandria, VA (Remote or Hybrid) | $100,000 to $215,000
I'm recruiting civil litigators for the Alexandria office of a national, full service Am Law 100 firm. They want attorneys with 3 or more years who can open a case and run it without someone hovering. Remote and hybrid are both on offer, and the choice is yours.
Why the setup matters
- No debt and a low overhead platform. Firms built that way tend to hold steady when the market wobbles.
- Mentorship and professional development aimed at getting you promoted.
- National recognition for how it recruits, keeps and advances women and diverse attorneys.
What you'll do
- Run civil litigation files from the day they open.
- Deal with clients directly, early and often.
- Handle hearings, depositions and trials yourself.
What you bring
- An active Virginia license. Required.
- 3 or more years of civil litigation.
- Strong academics, writing, research and analysis.
- Enough confidence to manage a file without asking for a sign off every morning.
The salary logic
- $100,000 to $165,000 is the associate band. Experience and skills decide where you land.
- Further along? There's a senior counsel band of $140,000 to $215,000. Tell me where you are and we'll work out which fits.
- Discretionary and performance based bonuses, student loan repayment assistance and a comprehensive benefits package on top.
