Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of Civil Litigation/Personal Injury matters from intake through settlement/trial.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.
Qualifications:
- 1-5+ years of experience in Civil Litigation/Personal Injury litigation.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities.
Salary and Other Compensation:
- The annual salary for this position is between $180,000-$220,000 annually, plus bonus. xzgxqkn Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
