Job Description
* * Manage civil litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution or trial.
* Develop case strategies, draft pleadings and motions, and manage discovery.
* Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, depositions, and Virginia circuit court proceedings.
* Build strong client relationships through clear communication and thoughtful legal guidance.
* Collaborate with experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff to achieve successful outcomes.
* Take ownership of your caseload while benefiting from a collaborative, well-supported practice.
Qualifications
* * Active license to practice law in Virginia.
* 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
* Virginia circuit court trial experience required.
* Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
* Experience in commercial, contract, or real estate litigation preferred.
* DC or Maryland bar admission is a plus.
