We want a self-motivated attorney who can run independently and own their matters start to finish.
You've got:
- 2+ years of California civil litigation experience (insurance defense or employment background a strong fit)
- Active CA Bar, good standing
- The drive to run your own caseload with minimal oversight
- Strong writing (we'll ask for samples)
- $150K–$190K base + a genuinely bonus-heavy model: productivity bonuses, origination credit, and real reward for bringing in business
- No billable-hour requirement

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $190,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
