- Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of civil litigation experience
- General courtroom experience
- Familiarity with the rules of court in the Superior, District, and Probate courts
- Work three days per week from one chosen location
- Communicate virtually each week with the second office
- Handle cases in areas such as Tort and Employment Law, Medical Malpractice Litigation, and Health Care Law (including criteria for guardianships, conservatorships, and involuntary commitments)
