Civil Litigation Attorney Opportunity In FloridaWe're partnering with a growing firm seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join their team in Florida. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing cases from start to finish.What You'll Do:Handle a diverse caseload across civil, corporate, and commercial litigationManage cases through the full lifecycle—from intake to resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memorandaConduct depositions, attend mediations, and represent clients in courtNavigate matters involving federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsWhat We're Looking For:Active Florida Bar license (required)5+ years of experience as a civil trial attorneyStrong experience in both Federal and State Court (Business Court experience a plus)Proven strength in legal research and writingHighly organized with solid technical/computer skillsAbility to independently manage a full caseload and meet billing expectations (35+ hours/week)A book of business is a plus, but not requiredKavaliro provides Equal Employment Opportunities to all employees and applicants.
