This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys handling sophisticated matters, and is looking to build a long-term career with a collaborative firm.Responsibilities-Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.-Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents.-Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.-Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.-Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.-Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation, exhibit management, and trial strategy.-Negotiate settlements and advise clients on litigation risks and business objectives.-Maintain regular communication with clients while providing practical legal guidance.-Collaborate with partners and support staff to deliver exceptional client service.-Stay current on Florida statutes, case law, and procedural developments.Qualifications-J.D.
