Duties

• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants on case preparation.
• Assist in trial preparation, including evidence and document management.
• Handle depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

Requirements

• 1 to 3+ years of legal experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal laws and procedures.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage large caseloads and multiple priorities.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Effective collaboration with corporate professionals.

Education

Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license in Missouri.
• Ability to become licensed in Illinois, Kansas, Iowa, or Nebraska.
