Civil Litigation Associate

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum three (3) years of recent general civil litigation experience; transactional experience, family law and Plaintiff P.I. experience, a PLUS;
• Ability to independently litigate a case from drafting complaints, discovery, depositions, law and motion, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations and trial;
• Must possess excellent analytical, research and communication skills (oral and written);
• Must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, planning and time management skills.

BENEFITS

• Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
• Two weeks paid vacation following one (1) year of continued employment plus paid holidays.
