Civil Litigation Associate

Basic Salary:

A growing litigation practice is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate to join its Fairfax office. This role is suited to an attorney with solid civil litigation experience who is looking to continue developing their career within a collaborative and growing practice.

The successful candidate will advise and represent clients across a broad range of civil litigation matters, with responsibility for handling cases throughout the litigation process. The role will include case strategy, discovery, witness interviews, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2+ years of law firm civil litigation experience .
• Experience handling civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Experience with discovery, motions, depositions, and case preparation.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical abilities.
• Active Virginia Bar admission or eligibility for admission by waiver.
