A law firm seeks a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney in Springfield, MO. Duties
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants on transactional and real estate matters.
- Draft and prepare contracts, lease agreements, and real estate documents.
- Assist with drafting and reviewing real estate transactional documents and supporting homeowner association matters.
- Support business clients with entity formation, mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence.
- Review, analyze, and revise contracts and legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare evidence and documents for trial in collaboration with litigation attorneys.
Requirements
- One to three plus years of experience in the legal field.
- Working knowledge of state and federal laws and procedures.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage caseloads and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Effective collaboration with corporate professionals.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills.
Education
- A law degree from an ABA accredited law school.
